We still need to keep voting with gaps as close to 24 hours as possible. Often at the end of these contests, there is a bit of a charge. I don't know about 11th but I think all the others are able to get more in one day than Marly - Marly has been consistent while others must have got big daily amounts to get so many votes considering the low amounts they sometimes get.

I can't say it's worrying but I probably wouldn't take a "100/1 on" bet on Marly: Tamara Rubin in 11th is getting good votes but if she goes past some of the people, I think many (perhaps all) could "wake up" and get good votes also (i.e. 200+ per day - which is much more than Marly has ever got recently). And then perhaps there may be a bit of a charge towards the end from everyone.
