I have been taking mineral supplements for a while now and even some specific zinc ones.
However, I do still have white spots on my nails. These are zinc spots (not selenium).
I am getting a mineral "hair test" now , results coming back in two weeks.

My question is: I have spent thousands of $ on supplements int he past few years and only a few have worked. These tend to be liquid form (teas, bulk powder dissolved in water etc). Anything in pill form it seems not to affect me. (by the way, I don't know how I do with sublinguals because I've not tried any...)
