There are various stands at the impressive conference venue One Great George Street.
This is the European ME Alliance (EMEA) stand. Nancy Hoylandt is tweeting pictures.
Under the Umbrella is an awareness campaign of the European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA).
The hand sign some are making is 'C' for 'Centre of Excellence for ME' #CofEforME #LetsCresearch
This is Dr. Jo Cambridge. She leads the B-cell research at UCL linked with the rituximab clinical trials.

Prof.Ian Charles is founding Director of the Quadram Institute, the name of the new building opening in 2018, which will house the Invest in ME Research Centre of Excellence for ME translational biomedical research programme (currently gut research led by Prof. Simon Carding and plannig UK rituximab clinical trial). https://quadram.ac.uk/targets/me-cfs/

Thank you @Somer that's really kind. :hug: I was fazed by PR at first as I'm not very net savvy on top of the eye/brain problems of ME, but once I took the plunge and posted it didn't seem so hard.
