I'm trying to make an appointment at INIM as a new patient.
On their website there is a statment: ”The INIM is currently accepting new patients in our Kendall and Davie locations." However an automatic answering says they do not accept new patients. There in no option to talk about waiting list.

Do they have a waiting list?
Is it possible to talk to somebody there?
How did you make your first appointment there?

If you scroll down near the bottom of the website there is a 'Contact Us' button -- you can send them an email from there.
