Anyone done any immune testing like th1/th2, inflamitory cytokines, rna cytokines, perforin expression, IL1B, IL6, TNF, MCP1 etc.or any others?

Did it show anything? Was there a treatment for it?

I think KDM does a lot of these tests

Yes, I've had lots of immune tests including some of those you listed. Many of them are abnormal
Was there a treatment for it?
Sorry, I no longer talk about the treatment I get from my specialist because I'm fed up with people here who don't have ME or have never seen the specialists bashing those specialists for the treatments they give. My specialists have given me huge QOL improvements and they don't deserve me setting them up for criticism because I can't explain every complex detail of the specialist's thought process. If people want to know what the specialists are doing, including all the thinking involved in treatment decisions, they're going to have to go see the specialists themselves so they get it firsthand. That way there is no confusion or misinterpretation.
