I just had the Cytokine Panel 12 from Lab Corp done. I think it's also called the Th1/Th2 Cytokine panel. Everything was normal except IL-13, which was quite elevated. Anyone know what this means?

How long have you been sick? IL-13 was elevated in the short duration patients in the Columbia cytokine study.

There is a short blurb on wikipedia regarding the clinical significance of IL-13.
