Patients complained that Chrinic fatigue syndrome inly describes one symptim. SEID does the same.

One could argue Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease covers a range of symptoms: the symptoms that are provoked by exerting.
It gives the impression that if one does not exert himself, he is fine.

They will still push GET and CBT because they will claim that you have to build tolerance for activity. They will claim that with GET, you will slowly start to tolerate more and more. CBT will help you along to reach your goal.
No. "Exercise Intolerance" is already a recognized medical concept which results in organ damage and death in some diseases. It's also well known that exertion and exercise programs can be very dangerous in some cases of exercise intolerance.
