How is ME/CFS diagnosed?

You must also have one or more of these symptoms:

  • Problems with concentration, short-term memory, or thinking of the right word (cognitive impairment).
  • Feeling dizzy or faint while standing that improves while lying down
  • (orthostatic intolerance or POTS or NMH)
