IACFS/ME Primer vs International Consensus Primer

I would be interested in people's thoughts on the IACFS/ME Primer http://iacfsme.org/Home/Primer/tabid/509/Default.aspx vs International Consensus Primer http://www.hetalternatief.org/ICC primer 2012.pdf .

I'm particularly interested in terms of using them on a large scale e.g. for sending to all the GPs in a country* - which would you think is better and why?

I think both have a lot going for them.

The IACFS/ME website says:
http://iacfsme.org/Home/Primer/tabid/509/Default.aspx
Comments and suggestions on the Primer are welcome (To: admin@iacfsme.org; Subject line: Primer comments/questions). As the field evolves, updates to the Primer will be published at www.iacfsme.org.

So it could be improved in a future edition. I'm just about to try to write some comments to send in now but might send in more also depending on points made** (and others could also).

There are individual threads on the two already:
International Consensus Primer: http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?posts/303639/
IACFS/ME Primer http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/me-cfs-primer-for-clinical-practitioners.17476/
so what I'm particularly interested in are differences between the two.

* I find it more interesting to discuss countries outside the UK (the UK which already has the NICE guidelines). But people can discuss what they like.
** I'm not taking on any responsibility to collate the feedback from this thread and pass it on as I doubt I'll personally agree with every single point raised so it's best for people themselves to submit their own points to do them justice.

This piece

contrasts the CDC toolkit with the IACFS/ME Primer.

Another piece to do a similar thing is:
A Position Paper in Support of the CFSAC Recommendations on the Toolkit and Primer
Sept 1, 2012
http://www.vtcfids.org/cdcposition.html
pdf version: http://www.vtcfids.org/images/cdcPosition Toolkit IACFSME Primer Sept 10.pdf

I'm not expecting anyone to do anything similar, just thought it was worth mentioning.
