I need some assistance and guidance

Discussion in 'Detox: Methylation; B12; Glutathione; Chelation' started by SEVENCE, Sep 15, 2013.

    1) I plan on taking L-Glutathione 250mg twice daily (To increase blood glutathione) and,
MaxOne (as D-Ribose-L-Cysteine) which increases the glutathione level in the liver. Any advice regarding adding Glutathione supplement to the Simplified Protocol?
Cort stated in the B12 Treatment Plan:
I understand that I must not include Glutathione or its precursors during the SMP.

    2) "Neurological Health Formula" which was recommended by Dr. Rich, got replaced with "All in One Multi-Vitamin/Mineral" by Hollistic Health. Is there anything I should know about it?

    3) is the "Hydroxy B12 60 Lozenges" similar to "Activated B12 Guard (by Perque)" mentioned in Rich's 25th August update? Holistic Health ingredients mention pure 1000mcg while Perque contains other ingredients such as Mannitol (295mg) but it was suggested by Dr. Rich in his SMP.

    4) I couldn't find any useful tests where I live, no Methylation Panel, no Glutathione level tests. So I welcome any recommendations or suggestions you have for me. Comments are welcome also.

Thanks for a great community. I appreciate every person, every bit and pixel of this forum. Truth, I can't appreciate it enough.

EDIT: I just noticed the Lipkin finds biomarkers not bugs, but due to my lack of knowledge, I don't know if I should go on with the SMP or not. Any help please.

NOTE: you don't have to read this part.

I tried to learn as much as possible to minimize useless or repeated questions here. There are a lot information in the forum. I tried to keep the questions simple. I have ME/CFS and I found about Glutathione depletion. After some research I order some (Solgar L-Glutathione) to increase blood Glutathione and (MaxOne (as D-Ribose-L-Cysteine)) which -as a study shows- helps the body produce up to ~290% more Glutathione in the liver (compared to NAC). Later I found about Dr. Rich and the Methylation Cycle. I did a lot of research and I am planning to order the following:

    1) "All in One Multi Vitamin/Mineral" by Holistic Health

    2) Hydroxy B12 60 Lozenges by Holistic Health

    3) FolaPro by Holistic Health, which matches the exact ingredients as FolaPro by Metagenics recommended by Dr. Rich.

    4) Folinic Acid by Holistic Health

    5) Lecithin 1360mg Softgel

Now, for your information, I am currently living in the middle east and after various visits to general doctors, specialists ..etc. and lots of tests, not forgetting to mention being called a lier and some went further to accuse me of being crazy and obsessed with my health (yes I know!!) and threatened to send me to the insane institution (wat!). I finally found out that I have Epstein-Barr antibodies in my blood. Long story short, I found about Glutathione and then Dr. Rich.

Major symptoms: Sudden fever that recurs every 10 days (-/+) that lasts for 5~8 hours then lowers to 37.2 and stays there for 2 or three days. The fever is preceded/accompanied by pain in the knee spreading to legs the thighs, feeling nauseated and eye pain and sensitivity to light. One time I got a fever that went up to 39.5 and I wasn't able to get out of bed. I pushed myself out and took a 400mg Ibuprofen, however, I was too late. I developed a noticeable hand shake, which I hope will go away when I fix my body.
