Hyperbaric chamber in Boston area?

Hello all,
I would love to try a hyperbaric oxygen chamber as i heard so much good things about it. However the treatment centers near Boston are so expensive! Does anyone her own one or knows someone that owns one and would be willing to let me make use of it? I would pay for it just hopefully not as much as these centers charge. Pm me if you like. Apparantly they use this also for lymees and autists (it also helps reduce hiv viral load btw), so I will check craiglsist too, or maybe their forums...
