Hi,
I'm just creating a protocol for a friend of mine and I've found that Methylcobalamin and Dibencozide are thought to be absorbed at 15 to 20% per taken dose.
I was wondering with the Hydroxycobalamine what the absorb percentage was? I think I read that there is a limit of 10Mcg that can be convert into active B12 regardless of Hydroxycobalamine taken, but wanted a percentage for calculations so that I can create a titrated table of figures. So if I recommend a 50 Mcg starting dose, how much of that as a percentage is absorbed
Thanks
Richard
