Hydroxy B12 shots 10mg

Hey is anyone a patient of KDM in the uK who has been prescribed 10mg of b12 (twice a week)? I'm wandering how you managed to get this, can the NHS only prescribe 1mg shots and not 10mg? and if so would i have to travel back to brussels to get the shots? or is there a different way to obtain them in the uK?
