Have you tried liposomal vitamin C, N-Acetyl Glutathione, or R-K-ALA for antioxidants?

What B complex do you use? Also, what's FMN?
After searching for alternatives, most recently in the last days, I've settled on this Swanson low dose activated B complex. I split capsules, use 1/2 AM, 1/2 midday. I got excited seeing Sherpa's post re Source Naturals sublingual, also low dose, but it has folic acid, so I'm sticking w/ Swanson.

I also try to rely on sun for Vit D. On days I get sun, I self-test - for D3 drops.

I had been using Vit C in footbaths, along with aminos, minerals. I'm no longer needing this. (I self-test for all my dosages). I don't use ALA due to sulfur issues, can't remember if I tried NAG in my past. FMN is coenzymated form of B2. I wrote a blog about my experience: essentially ended my reliance on antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers, much reduced my antioxidant needs.

However, I'm still trying to get on top of the ongoing experience which seems to be related to oxidation. My body seems to prefer food sources. I've been using green and olive leaf teas, mixed nuts/seeds, carrots. These days, since adding FMN, resveratrol and astaxanthin seem out of favor, only testing + for these when my system's really stressed. I've just added lecithin this week, seems to be a good help. I've been referring to radio's mitochondria series for my current research.

Just ordered 3 new supps to try, all are fruit substances. There were cheaper SOD choices, but from my reading yesterday, it's questionable about whether they survive the gut.

For me the most beneficial supplement by far has been high dose CoQ10 using both ubiquinone and ubiquinol (per Dr Klimas's suggestion).

After that is high dose D3 because even with sun I cannot get my vitamin D levels in range, but I feel much better when my blood level of vitamin D is at least mid-range. If only I could keep it there reliably. :(

I also feel better when I take methyl-folate and TMG, so I keep taking that. It was not a sudden or dramatic improvement, though.

Lastly, there is one totally off-the-wall supplement that helps me, but I cannot explain it at all. I keep trying to give it up because I can't sort out what about it is making a significant difference, but when I do, I always feel worse after about a week. So... this is my one non-scientific belief-only supplement ;) -- Paradise Herbs High-ORAC Energy Greens.

I recently added a PQQ formulation on Dr Klimas' suggestion. The particular formulation I take also include methylcobalamin and acetyl-l-carnitine. It's too soon to say if it's making a noticeable difference.

Magnesium (for muscle twitches), NAC (wired-but-tired), yohimbe (neurally mediated hypotension), B12 (pain), and D3 (chronic disability). Sometimes a B-multi. And a small dose of vitamin C, since I don't each much fruit.

I need to add NAC to my list. It helped allot for 2 weeks, until presumably, it elevated my glutathione reserves enough for my body to fight something, causing me to feel a little sick for a day or two, then causing the NAC to not be as effective.

It's been an interesting experiment. Initially I was trying them 1 each AM, midday, PM. I self-tested the 3, and there became a tendency to preferring the French Melon early AM, with bilberry and acai at the 2 other times. then I decided to order some ground acai, organic, at a great price. This now seems to be the only one my body wants. Continued w/ Fr melon AMs, but I felt no difference from it than the others. I'm into a 2nd bottle, but as of this morning, maybe I'm not using it at all, just the acai.
