That seem to change throughout the year then come back like cycling clockwork?

For instance:
I get very sore in the area under my nipples and (I'm a man to boot!)
that seem to fade away then come back without rhyme or reason
Then there's
these tender spots as well with same cycles as above
anywhere on scalp, anywhere around rib cage, abdomen,
collarbones, inside of legs from crotch to ends of toes..ETC...

I have most of what you are talking about @Tired of being sick and more. I was diagnosed with FM 5 years after CFS/ME. I did not have all the FM tender points at the time I got CFS/ME.

Now when a doc tries to torture me with pressure I show them were it hurts. It saves me from making my hands into claws and
hissing at them. MEOW.

I have tender spots, but they are not in the same places as where FM tender spots are supposed to be. Above my elbows and knees.
