How broad is XMRV test?

The XMRV in prostate cancer is different from the XMRV in CFS. And for all we know, there could be two or variations of XMRV in CFS. Some testing is designed to catch variations. I wonder if the tests from VIPDx or Cooperative Diagnostics can do this.
