Hello - Just got my testing done

Hi,
I got my testing done. I just downloaded "Start Low and Go Slow" and read thru it and have been doing a lot of reading online. I'm 42, on syn thyroid and have CFS. Always had trouble losing weight although I did manage to lose it all at one point and kept it off for 2yrs before it all came back.

Here is my 23 and me reading:

Homozygous
COMT V158M rs4680
COMT H62H rs4633
VDR TAQ rs731236
MAO-A R297R rs6323
MTRR A66G rs1801394

Heterozygous
MTHFR A1298C rs1801131
AHCY-01 rs819147
AHCY-19 rs819171
CBS C699T rs234706
CBS A360A rs1801181

After reading a lot of Yasko and other resources it sounds like I should be taking the following:

- Hydroxy B12 and or Adenosyl B12
- Folate
- Potassium
- Grapeseed Extract
- GABA
- SAM-E
- Molybdenum

Should I also be taking TMG? I already take some other vitamins (fish oil, D3, magnesium, etc.). What do you guys think of this? http://www.blackbearb12.com/energy-redefined/ingredients/ It's listed on holistic heal.

What are some good brands for vitamins? I've had very good experiences with Jarrows and Thorne Research but they don't seem to have hydroxy forms.

My biggest concern is getting the co-factors for B12 figured out right - it seems like I will need Potassium and also Folate.

Is there anything you think I'm missing?

the molybdenum I take which my specialist recommended to me is called MolyZinc brand "trace nutrients" (due to that I was able to do maths in my head again)

Thanks - I plan on taking the molydebnum.

My big confusion is all around methylofolates and B12. It sounds like I should be taking Hydro B12 drops.

But if I do that do I need to take methylfolates?

And am I right in assuming I should take SAM-E, GABA etc...

The MTRR A66 ++ says I shouldn't be taking folates.

So confusing :-(
