I have it right now; I've had it for years. Like most of my symptoms, no doctor has ever taken the slightest interest in investigating it. Even after complaining that sometimes the tinnitus interferes with sleep, they ignore it.

At least now I know what to call it...

At least my primary MD said "Pulsatile tinnitus should always be investigated." Like having an ENT guy look at your ear canal with a microscope thingy ma jig. (I have no clue what this instrument was, but it was the best ear exam I ever had.)

Gingko biloba and vinpocetine are two herbs that have helped - they increase blood flow to blood vessels in the brain. Atenolol turned down the volume a bit too.
