The NIH clinical center study will have a Patient Advisory Committee (members to be determined.) It sounds like they are listening.

Did I understand right that they are planning to grow neurons from patient stem cells to study them in detail?
Like my specialist out hear says the health authorities and government ensure that only complete clinical research I think he referred to it as Grade A Clinical Research can be used to treat patients. The Drs out here know that their are better meds etc. but are scared to use them based on risk and side-effect profile or that the studies done only highlight certain groups or subsets.
This means CBT/GET etc.
They can only prescribe pain meds and anti depressants and as soon as they tried to put LDN as part of what was offered it was removed in weeks.
I am from Canada and we seriously need this PACE Crap thrown out the window so they "Define Us" and provide a real treatments for a "Biological Disease"
You can look right in the corner of the CDC's investigators slapping us with the label "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" if you want to point the finger. Then you can blame the PACE Guidlines for keeping us stuck.......

That's what it sounded like. Seemed like they were going to expose the grown neurons to patient spinal fluid and look for something abnormal, but I have no idea what.
