Oh and no anti depressants etc either. I know they make me feel worse not better. Even when I used to experience anxiety and panic attacks in late teens and early 20's. I refuse to take anything like that-that alters the brain.

Sometimes things can be a curse not a blessing and that's why I go commando... Au naturau :)
