GPLC helping with sleep and energy

I recently had a couple of months of heart palpitations, probably brought on by sensitivity to Doxycycline and tyrosine. The palpitations are almost completely resolved now.

My nutritionist recommended a month of GPLC (Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine) since that is a good nutrient for the heart. It's helping with both sleep and energy, which I didn't expect.

I'm taking the Jarrow brand GPLC, 750 MG. I find that I have to take it as soon as I wake up. If I take it later, it interferes with sleep.

Does anyone else take this form?

Thanks
