@Jonathan Edwards Do you think it is possible that these autoantibodies are not necessarily the cause or biomarker of ME/CFS vs. they cause an overall autoimmune chaos with specific symptoms in certain patients (like POTS, muscle weakness, etc) and reducing them with IVIG, or killing them with Ritux, could bring about dramatic symptom relief and tell us something about the mechanism of action in this particular subgroup of people (which my doctor and I believe that I am in)?
