Good Heath Insurance Company on Cape Cod MA?

Soon I will be moving to Cape Cod MA. As a result, I need to change HMO’s. I’ve done some research on them and so far the Tuft’s HMO looks like the best. But I am concerned by what they call “referral circles.” From what I can gather, this means that your PCP can only send you to the specialists in that PCP’s referral circle. To me this seems like it could be very limiting, but maybe it isn’t in practice.

Is anyone familiar with Tufts health ins.?

Does anyone know of a better HMO for the Cape Cod area (which from what I can tell includes Boston)?

Also, I get medicare. Some the HMO I am looking for would be a Medicare Advantage HMO.

Since that is where Romney is from I seem to remember that there was some sort of "State Insurance Exchange" that was started in MA. I am not sure about this and I may even have the wrong state, but it may be worth checking into.

You are right they have what I think they call the common wealth plan, but since I get medicare, I am not eligible for it. And medicare doesn't cover nearly enough.
