This is useful for when you ingest too much gluten - thanks to Lois for sending- other good things are L-glutamine - soothes the gut too - and peppermint tea or capsules - though the latter increase reflux too in some. ANd I find olive oil good too - soothing; also suggest to look into the low FODMAPS diet if you have not done so
