HEART RATE APP
Great free app for measuring heart rate to check out if you have POTS and store measurements
(POTS is s very common symptom of ME/EDS)
It's called heart rate (free) on the apple store
This app also has a really cool feature called StandUp test which is great for measuring a rise in pulse for a POTSy.
I think it costs a couple of dollars to activate but it's really handy to have on hand to show your specialist your numbers.

I've just checked my change in bpm with this app from resting to standing up and within 1 minute straight away my bpm changed from 63bpm resting to 126bpm standing.

I get this intense buzzing all body rush where it feels like my body is in panic mode, I get dizzy, more foggy and I start to get hyper sensitive to everything.

This sounds like I have POTS right?

Thanks for this app. Just downloaded it, and gave me a reading of 144, then 102, while my trusty pulse/ox (thanks SOC) reads 89. (All lying in bed). I'm using it on an iPad,so maybe that is an issue? Very cool idea, I'll keep trying it to try and get an accurate result, J
