What about using Doctor's Best, Best Fully Active B12, 1500 mcg Veggie Caps like sublinguals?

It contains no citric acid, the ingredients are : Cellulose, modified cellulose (vegetarian capsule).

I'm letting the caps dissolve between my upper gum and cheek for 1-2 hours, it's only been 10 days I'm taking them so it's too soon to tell if it is working but maybe someone with more experience on methylcobalamin supplementation can check if they are as effective as what they are currently taking.
