Frankly, they were probably simply still being exposed to gluten. There is gluten in gluten-free foods. Just not "enough" by federal standards. there is gluten in medicines. Etc. You have to make everything from scratch.

Hi boo. I was on the paleo diet for 5 years after being gfcfsf etc free for 3 years. Granted I cheated about once a month with gf foods but I was hungry.

I still have most of the same reactions to my food intolerances.
They're not as severe tho.

I'm pro paleo but I gave up on it this year. It was just too much work for me.

Right, but that doesn't mean you still had actual celiac. You might have dysbiosis, chronic inflammation etc. Celiac sets some not nice stuff in motion.
