Despite Our Losses, People with ME/CFS Want More
We've been cheated by ME/CFS and we all know it. That's a no-brainer, if you'll pardon the cognitive pun. And loss didn't just result from the bad things that befell us. It also encompasses the good things that just ... never came. The absence of bounty. Of wholeness. Of peace.

Not a bad article I thought, although still bits that could be far better. Her being open about her FM could also be useful for other invisible illnesses as well hopefully.

yes I thought it was a lot better than usual Guardian slant I almost feel like writing to them to ask as a so called "liberal left" paper why they only take chronic illness seriously when it is a celebrity who has it. That is so tabloid

Mixed feelings about this one. Sounds a bit like she thinks it's due to previous negative life experiences.

I wondered about that also. The article gives the impression that she'll take off seven weeks, work on her negative life experience, and all will be right again.

The documentary starts on Netflix Australia in two days. I am guessing its the same on all Netflix servers.
