Endothelial nitric oxide increased in Normal Flow POTs

Hi this may be of interest, a subset of POTS patients that appear to have too much endothelial and neuronal nitric oxide resulting in blood pooling specific to the stomach region. This could potentially explain B12 efficacy in some forms of POTS/CFS as it is a potent scavenger and potential competitor of NO.

Strange thing is, another major subset of POTS seems to have elevated angiotensin and REDUCED neuronal nitric oxide bioavailability.
