SOME EXCITING NEWS REGARDING TWO BOOKS BEING PUBLISHED BY DR MYHILL. This is very much a preliminary announcement and neither of these books is yet available. Also, certain details may change such as titles or front covers etc. We wanted to get the news out there so that people could have time to consider and maybe pre order or put a 'watch' on amazon. The first book will have the title ''Diagnosing and Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - mitochondria, not hypochondria''. This is a refinement and extension of the CFS book currently available from Dr Myhill's website. It is authored by Dr Myhill and was edited by Hania ['chief' secretary to Sarah!]. Details of its contents can be found at the links below. It is due to be available 30 January 2014, although this may be brought forward. The second and all new book is titled ''Sustainable Medicine - whistle blowing on 21st Century Medicine''. It is authored by Dr Myhill and I am the editor. Details o...f its contents can be found at the attached links and I am also uploading the acknowledgements page of this book as this gives an idea of the direction of the book because it details the other doctors and health professionals to whom Dr Myhill has acknowledged in the production of this book. The all new second book will be on show at the prestigious Frankfurt Book Fair from 9 to 13 October 2013 and is due out 30 March 2014, although this is most likely to be brought forward.
