Interesting walk through on the many problems high/low Cortisol can cause. I found the visual blackboard explanations easier to assimilate than reading about adrenal symptoms..(Watch it on FULL SCREEN Mode bottom RH corner icon).

He has several things misstated for people with severe adrenal fatigue: for example, those with advanced adrenal fatigue lose too much weight, as opposed to the blanket statement he makes about "those with adrenal fatigue have trouble losing weight".

Several books, including "Adrenal Fatigue the 21st Century Syndrome" discuss this. I've met (and am one) people who are/were in the severe category, and were too thin. I feel that he was generalizing a bit too much.
