I remember years ago I took a substance of lsd that caused me a chronic migraine, I then became normal life even in spite of my strong headache, but later I took an antidepressant for that headache that gave me many side effects along with Tiredness and anxiety. One day I do not know because I feel that I am dizzy, tired, it seems that I had a flu

Do you think that was the trigger for this disease? And if so, how could it be treated? Lately it gets much worse with duloxetine, I feel like I should never have taken that

It's impossible to know if drug reactions trigger CFS for certain although some patients claim that these reactions are at the time their illness 'switches on'. E.g. they were prescribed antibiotics for an infection, and never recovered.

PWME are intolerant of antidepressants, most likely as they have neuroinflammation and dysautonomia, If you have dysautonomia you will always be hypersensitive to medications.

Thus you might be confusing having the illness anyway, taking a medication (which makes it worse) and then thinking this 'triggers it' when yo had it already.

Without ultra specialist research tests proving what genes are involved in the disease, and how different medications interact positively and negatively with these genes I would imagine no one will ever be able to give you a solid answer, sorry.
