Diastolic BP hard to hear

since the onset of my illness, (2009) out of nowhere it seemed, hearing my diastolic bp has been very difficult on my left arm and nearly impossible on my right.
I'm guessing this is a blood flow/volume issue?

Is this a common compliant with CFS/ME?
