Hi. I'll make this as succinct as possible.

    My life story:
    - had bad migraines as a teen, but that's it. Healthy kid.
    - at 19 years old moved to Canada: started smoking pot every day, terrible diet and a nose piercing (skin got infected for months). Fatigue condition started 6 months after this episode, felt like huge jetlag and never looked back, only got worse over time progressively.

    - all kinds of homeopathic treatments, mixed with supplementation, Vit B C all that, and tons more.
    - HTMA's and Nutritional Balancing.
    - kombucha tea.
    - Dr. Lam's enormous quantities of Vit. C program.
    - Dr. Hulda Clark's anti-parasite protocol.

    Main Symptoms:
    - extreme brainfog
    - extreme fatigue (no energy to talk throughout most of day, can't do sports...)
    - extreme feeling of general malaise, like my mind "hurts", feeling very unwell always, like extreme flu/sick, almost as if poisoned all the time.
    - terrible cognitive function, memory.
    - inner-shivering/contraction from cold (even if it's just mildly cold), awkward feeling physically. Can't tolerate heat anymore.
    - extreme sensitivity to loud sound, movement, lights.
    - burning sensation in mid-back, especially when very fatigued during day.
    - great difficulty falling asleep, need about 10hrs of sleep.
    - all symptoms much worse when sleeping/waking up late.
    - feel like everything is enormous chore.

    Notable test results:
    - Doctor's Data 3x Stool Analysis: no bifidobacterium growth, IgA's very low, and other intestinal defenses low.
    - very high DHEA-S (blood and saliva)
    - saliva cortisol pattern: high morning, next 3 points in the day average.
    - TPO (thyroid antibodies): 124 (supposed to be below 34). T4 and TSH normal though.
    - Thyroid X-Ray shows early stages of nodules but "nothing worrying" according to thyroid specialist, though endocrinologist says I have mild Hashimoto's.

Please help, I think I'm seriously going to die just keeps getting worse, always.
    God bless.

    Hi Jo86

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing all these horrible symptoms.
There is a lot of information here that could be of help to you.

I have not had the opportunity to try many pharmaceutical treatments but have found some improvement with supplements and some other simple treatments.

The first recommendation is always rest. Don't overexert.
I have found that Vitamin D3 helped my brain fog which has become quite severe. If you moved to Canada that could be an issue.
I also changed my diet. This is a complicated issue and there are many threads that discuss various diets. Everyone is different and responds to different dietary changes.

Also, if there are endocrine issues you might want to consider trying an electrolyte solution.

You might also want to check out the Methylation Protocol threads. That can be complicated too but there are plenty of people here who will help you if you need it.

    all the best,
