From what I have been reading the combination of the COMT homo mutations along with mao and mtrr can cause compounding effects. My symptoms are heavy brain fog at times, rollercoaster moods, fatigue, inflamatory issues.
I have felt hung over every morning when I wake up for over 25 years.

I ran the analyzemygenes program and found the following results and am wondering where to start.
It can help to also download and unzip remarks.zip and ten_percent.zip from https://sourceforge.net/projects/analyzemygenes/files/Databases/ . Then it will label genes and mutations if you run it again.

rs35667974 is a missense mutation on IFIH1, which might be interesting as it involves immune reactions. But the substituted amino acid is nearly identical.

rs17078894 is a missense mutation on GRM6, a glutamate receptor gene.

rs41549716 is a missense mutation on POLG. It's a very different amino acid substitution, so might impact the protein's functionality. But usually mutations on this gene only cause problems if homozygous.

So the double COMT ++ and MAO are my biggest suspects. I went to a naturopathic doctor to try a new approach. She ordered a lot of tests and here were the things that stuck out

hemoglobin alc high
Thyroid high reverse T3
high LDL-P
High homocycstene
Low WBC
Low D even though I supp. 2000 units
High Zinc, weird as I take none
High AG ratio

also had some neuro tests
low PEA
low Dopamine
very low Norepinephrin
low epinephrine
the adrenaline surprised me as the COMT++ is supposed to slow the breakdown of these. I am wondering if its a negative feedback thing, or adrenal fatigue.

Doc has recommended
L tyrosine
enzymes Panplex
D3 20,000 a day
and berberine for cholesterol

Id love to hear anyone elses thoughts on these results, and recommended treatment.
