Anyone else have worse symptoms for the first 2 weeks of menstrual cycle?

I have a hormonal IUD and it's due to be replaced. I've definitely noticed my ME/CFS and POTS symptoms increasing around my menstrual cycle more as the IUD wears off. It feels so awful.
