Im researching these currently and thought I'd make an easy list of links for these as Im trying to work out what is best for me and maybe this can help another (thanks to those who have helped me with links).

http://www.polarproducts.com/polarshop/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=393 Choosing the best cooling for you.

Must read cooling vest comparisons for anyone thinking about getting one of these http://www.activemsers.org/gear/testcoolingvests.html (Obviously phase change ones seem to be much better then the other types so seem to be what I should be aiming to get).

The different sorts of cooling vests http://www.activemsers.org/tipstricks/choosingacoolingvest.html (has lots of links to look at of different ones)

................

- http://cooldownusa.com/phase-change-cool-vest-c-10.html Techkewl Hybrid Cooling Vest (phase change)
(provides 5-10 hours of cooling relief per soaking; Phase Change Cooling Inserts maintain a comfortable 58 degrees F (14 degrees C) for up to 3 hours

Looks like those are out for any of us who are very big busted!!! Their biggest is XL is black and white is 40-41 inches. My chest size is 42 inches (sometimes bigger up to 43 at times when Im premenstral). If I had the energy I'd feel like writing the the company and telling them they are leaving out big busted woman!

http://cooldownusa.com/cooling-vest-white-c-4.html Arctic Heat white cooling Vest (get activated)
This company caters well for the big busted girls like me or much bigger!! I really like the look of these..they are girlie enough for my liking (I also wear a lot of white and white dresses so I love this colour too). It would only keep me cool thou enough to get out of my house for my weekly grocery shopping trip and suitable for that when Im out with my support workers (as Im out only for 1hr for that which is the length of time people say this works for). (thou I rarely get to go out for longer anyway..but hopefully that will change sometime in the future).

Something else I like about this vest is its of a lighter weight then some of the other vests.. 2lbs 3 5/8oz... Glacier Tek Concealable phase change vests are almost double this weight at 5lbs 7/8oz and I wonder if I'd notice that extra weight on my legs with some of the heavier vests?

....................

Arctic Heat apparently does phase change vests too. (got to find a picture and find out about those).

Evaporative vest brand I didnt see listed on the other articles
http://cooldownusa.com/dry-chill-evaporative-vests-c-22.html Kula dry evaporative vests (various colours)

Polar Products

nice cooling scarf http://www.polarproducts.com/polarshop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=280&idcategory=228 Ive noticed that when I start to get overly hot that is the first area I try to cool.. around my head.

http://www.polarproducts.com/polarshop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=263&idcategory=101 "Secrets Kit" .. contains cooling scarf, 2 bra coolers.. one for each side of course! (they may go quite well on my chest which sweats in heat.. maybe would stop the under breast sweat? its usually the only place I sweat much in), vest (one of the ice ones which go around the tummy). The vest if it was too cold.. I could wear like a belt over my clothes. I like the look of those things. Comes with a complete spare set of cooling packs so I could have one getting cool again while at home while wearing the other.. as the bra thing only lasts 1hr (people say various things in the reviews).

Phase change Polar fashion vest http://www.polarproducts.com/polarshop/pc/Cool58-Fashion-Vest-16p2017.htm I really like the Khaki coloured one. (Im yet to see if it comes in my size and I'd need to get the extra cool packs for it so I could have some cooling while using the others.. so that one would $157 + another $57 and whatever postage is. I dont know if Im looking at australian prices or not). Anyway.. I'll look further into this one.

Phase Change Polar Products (lots of different items) http://www.polarproducts.com/polarshop/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=16

Im add more to this post another day.. my brain cant cope with more research on the products today.. too much thinking gives me a headache and I now feel dazed.
..............

Im still going throu the links you gave me a while ago Alex.

I tried to go down this route, but lost interest. I would however be interested in how you go with this, so keep us posted.:)
