CLOCK SNPs in ME/CFS patients

Someone asked, so here's a list of the somewhat rare SNPs on the CLOCK gene which are present in either 11 ME/CFS patients which I have full 23andMe data for, or 11 controls. Purple indicates the genotype is present in 0-1% of the population, red is for genotypes present in 1-2.5% of the population, orange is for 2.5-5%, and yellow is for 5-10%.

So little or no difference based on a small but rigorously defined sample :D
