Had this out with my friend GP.
Said CFS was psychological disorder as blood tests don't pick it up.
There i was with a face the size of a beach ball.
They probably just thought you were angry. My face does that just before I start kicking off.

This is all very interesting

As it happens I'm seeing an amino acid specialist on Friday, and am slowly ramping up LDN and Equilibrant

@gregh286 do you think the aminos got your body / Kerb cycle to a certain place where you could better utilize the Equilibrant?

What kind of Dr us an amino acid specialist mate?

I watched that video yesterday - thanks to the person who posted it - and bits of it more than once. Found it immensely helpful and already have most of supplements recommended, so might break out the d-ribose and other stuff I've not been bothering with. Have been taking CoQ10 religiously though, and carnitine when I remember, cos the one I have has to be taken on an empty stomach. I find stuff taken with food easier to remember. The calculation for anaerobic threshold was useful. There was a lot of useful info especially on exercise. However the last time I went swimming it utterly floored me. That was decades ago. Pushing against the water just made me worse. Maybe they mean something a bit more gentle.
