My brother has developed an auto imune skin disease called subcorneal pustular dermatoses, a blistering disease carachterized by IgA auto antibodies against antigens of the epidermis.
I have ME and a high ANA titer and now he develops a auto imune condition.
Very inetersting...

I have a moderate ANA of 1:160 and family members with autoimmune disease. This is where occam's razor suggests an autoimmune cause. Do your tests for lupus, sjogren's, scleroderma etc. come back negative?

Kind of off topic but do they still treat most auto immune diseases with corticosteroids? To me i would feel that would put people at risk for a lot of infections to take hold stronger.
