Hello, what books do you recommend to read it (vitamins, minerals)?
I don't have money for books but there is an excellent website I refer to for info. See: http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/
It's the Linus Pauling Institute which does science research on vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients etc.
Watch the movie ,,What the health".
Also - I undoubtedly feel that there is no better book than "
The New Optimum Nutrition Bible
by Patrick Holford" (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/705000.The_New_Optimum_Nutrition_Bible).
@Snowdrop thank you.
@Daniel E Really thank you about the movie it was so osom to watch.
