I couldn't find a thread about this site, but have just learned of it and thought it would be of interest, not least the pie chart showing how few clinical interventions are actually supported by randomised controlled trial (RCT) evidence.

I'm not at all surprised by this, in view of the frequent articles in Physician's First Watch that report that an intervention that has been used for decades has been found to be ineffective.
