Unfortunately, alcohol helps my symptoms significantly. I regain feeling in my extremities, I can enjoy being out with friends and my central sensitization is helped.

I am better with alcohol. Cognitively quite (sometimes a lot), energy the next day, and OI probably immediately which I cant say really because only time when I am physically quite active is when I drink.
Also i noticed i didnt have any hangover for 5 years, or so, since my ME got stronger...
I always thought it is linked to vasodilatation

Alcohol makes me feel better the same day but in the next day I would have more problems than the usual stuff !
Something weird happened to me couple of times with drinking ! I used to develop flu like symptoms and I would feel really great so I used to drink occasionally to get this feeling but I can't have it any more even if I drink more than before
