Awareness-raising using social media

Each day during ME/CFS Awareness Month (May), I'm posting at least one awareness image and one awareness video to four of my social media accounts:

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tom.kindlonpwme
Google+: https://plus.google.com/112057171348448972761
Twitter: https://twitter.com/TomKindlon
Tumblr: http://myalgicencephalomyelitiscfstom.tumblr.com/

So if people want to raise awareness, it'd be great to get some likes and shares.
The first image I shared on Facebook on May 1 has now been re-shared 308 times so thousands if not tens of thousands will have seen it. And it doesn't cost anything.

I will be posting more to my Facebook and Twitter channels than the other two but all will get at least one awareness image and one awareness video per day

My Pinterest boards have over 1000 ME and ME/CFS images and videos: https://www.pinterest.com/tomkindlon/

@Tom Kindlon, you are amazing on twitter! Watching your tweets for ME/CFS awareness has been great!

I'm not on twitter every day, but I do check it out when I can. I don't re-tweet everything (could not do that much even if I tried!). I do search the #MECFS hashtag and try to pick a couple of things to re-tweet and/or mark as favorites.

PS. My twitter handle is @ahimsa_pdx in case anyone wants it.
