International ME/CFS and FM Awareness Day Is On May 12, 2018
Thomas Hennessy, Jr., selected May 12th to be our international awareness day back in 1992. He knew that May 12th had also been the birthday of Florence Nightingale. She was the English army nurse who helped to found the Red Cross as well as the first school of nursing in the world.

I have microscopic blood in urine that comes and goes and the explanation I got was its due to athletic overtraining, which is odd as I'm mostly bed and housebound.
This suggests at rest I'm in a state of athletic overtraining,I wonder if the lactate test maybe interesting too.

Have you had bladder cancer ruled out? If not, you should.

I've had this for at least 25 years even just pre illness so I don't think it will be cancer.

I thought this was a relatively new symptom for you. No, you'd be dead by now if it was cancer.
