Just found this, it can be obtained in supplement form, apparently it also inhibits PDK1, activates AMPK and is even antiviral.

If i'm honest it sounds to good to be true and will probably be of little benefit like most things, but I thought i'd post it anyway just to see if anyone has heard of it/tried it?

Edit: Actually, looks like it can't really be found in supplement form, think it's used as more of a cosmetic product.
