Anyone else unable to tolerate Potassium Glutonate?

Messages

I recently started Freddds protocal, I was taking around 500-600mg of Potassium per day for about a month. I have ended up with pretty bad potassium deficiency, so I have temporarily stopped Freddds protocol and have increased my potassium to 1.5g per day.

My issue is I do NOT tolerate Potassium Glutonate well at all, my stomach starts growling constantly when I take it. Has anyone had success with any other type of potassium? I just have concerns because Gluconate is the one every one seems to take.

Thanks

It is irritating to the stomach so needs to be taken with food.

I am definitely limited in how much I can take - about 1/2 teaspoon at a time. Otherwise gut symptoms such as diarrhoea start.

I figured this probably meant I didn't need any more.
