anti-inflammatories that aren't blood thinners?

Anything OTC that I've seen, from turmeric/ginger to papain/bromelain, to aspirin and NSAIDs are all blood thinners.

Also, are the ones listed above anti-platelet? Or do they act on the intrinsic and/or extrinsic coagulation pathways?
