Agmatine sulfate cause intestinal gas?

I took my first dose of Agmatine sulfate and about 5-6 hours later I started having a large amount of gas for about the next 12 hours. As an aside, I have IBS-D and many foods and supplements cause me issues.

Is there a mechanism by which Agmatine sulfate could cause gas? Would it have something to do with the sulfate portion and me not being able to handle that?
