Hi Folks,
I've been in the process of making a claim with SuperSA for Total & Permanent Disablement and although I provided 2 GP reports, they are insisting I obtain a report from a Specialist in Myalgic Encephalomyelitis-Neurologist.
I have spent the last 6 month educating doctors etc. in SA regarding this illness who most were unaware of and give them the M.E. Canadian International Consensus Primer for GP's that they also did not know existed.
SuperSA are insisting on this report from a Neurologist with experience of this condition and my research cannot even find one in Australia? Can anyone help me, I live in Adelaide?

Dr Richard Kwiatek is a rheumatologist in Adelaide with an interest in ME/CFS. He is familiar with the Canadian consensus criteria and is doing research. I would expect he may know a neurologist that could help you.
